Engineering data is trapped.

A single component touches six systems before it is validated: a CAD tool, an FEA solver, a CNC controller, a test stand, a data logger, and an engineering report. Each system speaks a different language. The data never converges.

Reality Diff.

For the first time in the Zylvex ecosystem, simulation and physical measurement are directly compared in a structured, channel-by-channel diff. The Reality Diff engine automatically computes prediction error and generates AI model correction hints.

When a test returns a stress reading 11.6% above the FEA prediction, the system doesn't just report it — it generates the correction factor required to bring the next simulation within tolerance.
